Requirements for Consideration:

  • Intermediate knowledge of RF and cellular operating technologies (GSM or CDMA)
  • Computer proficiency (hardware and software).
  • Proficiency with peripheral devices used in the repair of cell phones.
  • Proven cell phone technician education and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and service goals.
  • Upsell product and service solutions to customers.
  • Cell phone diagnostics and trouble shooting.
  • Maintain repair tools and equipment.
  • Manage parts inventory.
  • Provide cost estimates to customers.
  • Observe regular work schedules to achieve optimum work productivity
  • Attend training courses on new developments in cellular phones and technology.
  • Provide written and oral explanation of conditions/symptoms to customers.
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Maintain company equipment, work logs, and invoices.

  • 5+ years management experience.
  • Wireless technology experience: sales, service, or repair.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Computer proficiency (hardware and software).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel 50%-75%.

  • Implement sales and service strategies.
